MyACTIAFLEET combines multi-energy fleet management, eco-driving, eco-training, bus monitoring, preventive & predictive maintenance and other functionalities for buses and coaches. 

The solution relies on on-board equipment – telematics modules and displays – and on an ACTIA MyACTIAFLEET web portal, so the user can view and use the different data transmitted in Cloud mode by the vehicle.

ECO-DRIVING
Use eco-driving for a greener and more comfortable fleet. Monitor energy consumption, actual mileage travelled, CO2 emissions, driver activity, driving behaviour, passenger comfort, etc.
ECO-TRAINING
Help train your drivers in ecological driving, improving the safety and comfort of your passengers.  As drivers are the direct point of contact with passengers, it is essential that they are as competent as possible.
PREVENTIVE & PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE
This module integrates all the technical elements necessary for real-time monitoring of vehicle fleet health. Use the preventive and predictive modules to increase the availability rate of your vehicles and send alerts to operations about any problems detected.
TRACKING
Track your vehicles in real time and provide assistance to your drivers. This function is used by many other modules to optimise travel and repair times, control and report on trips made, etc.
PASSENGER COUNTING
Obtain vehicle passenger counts automatically to make smarter management decisions and optimise the fleet. High-precision sensors let you know how many passengers boarded the bus during a trip and by stations. From this data, you can optimise vehicle utilisation and adapt it to demand.
ISA (INTELLIGENT SPEED ASSISTANT)
Via a digital on-board map with road speed limits, the ACTIA DriverAID informs its drivers of the current speed limit. This module is perfect for drivers to control their speed and optimise passenger safety. You can limit the speed of the vehicle or simply warn the driver.
TACHOGRAPH
Download your data automatically and remotely from the tachographs and driver card in accordance with European regulations.
ANTI-ALCOHOL LOCK
Prevent drink-driving by receiving a warning of an attempt to start the vehicle in the event of a positive result. An immobiliser is connected to the vehicle's starting system.  It temporarily prevents the vehicle from starting if the driver's breath alcohol concentration exceeds the legal level. If an attempt is made to bypass the module, an alert is sent directly to the operator.
REAL-TIME ALERTS
Receive alerts for any problem detected in the vehicle: Maintenance, Eco-driving, Alcohol Lock, Tracking, etc. By personalising the importance of the alerts for each module, you will only receive the relevant alerts and will be able to react effectively in each situation.
WEB SERVICES
Manage information flows and send data where it is necessary. The web services feature allows you to extract various data for various uses, redirecting any selected data set to different platforms or servers.
